These 4 x 1 hour structured fitness swim sessions in October will include fitness and pacing development to get you into the routine of Monday night training for the winter months, ready for coach-led sessions from November onwards. A programme will be provided for you to follow during your session including a warm up, drills , fitness set and a cool down. Varying volume will allow you to work according to your ability.
