These 1 hour structured fitness swim sessions on 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Monday of each month consist of technique, pacing, endurance and speed development . A programme will be provided for you to follow during your session including a warm up, drills , fitness set and a cool down. Varying volume will allow you to work according to your ability.
