Want to swim for fitness but fancy a change from breaststroke?
Would like to do a triathlon or swim event but want to freestyle it?
Breathing, body position and balance provide the fundamental basis to even elite freestyle swimmers but even more so when you’re a beginner. In addition to these principles, we will cover the basic mechanics of effective propulsion.
Each week we will be covering different elements of the stroke with the use of drills, practice and lots of rest in between.
