    Join me with these weekly structured Winter Sessions will help you become fitter and faster in the water, ready for the coming season.



















    Want to be a more efficient swimmer and save energy? Shave seconds off your lap times? Become a confident open water swimmer? 



    Our Faster Freestyle Swim Sessions are your ticket to turbocharged swimming.

    We will help fine tune your technique for maximum efficiency, enabling you to build strength and stamina, whilst working on the technical aspects of the freestyle stroke.


    Each week will include a variety of swim sets that focus on drills, pace and speed work, with an emphasis on open water skills.





    Who is it for?

    Whether you're a novice front crawler looking to correct your stroke or a seasoned freestyler aiming for personal bests, these sessions will take your swimming to the next level.


    Most weeks there will be 2 lanes at Waterworld which will accommodate swimmers at differing levels, so no need to worry about your current speed, fast or slow.



    Equipment?


    If you have swim fins and a pull buoy, along with hat and goggles, then you are ready to swim! Some spares will be available if you have forgotten them.

    Requirements

    All we ask is that you are able to swim the front crawl stroke consistently for at least 100m.





    What to bring
    1. Suitable pool swimwear
    2. Swimming Hat & Goggles
    3. Swim training fins
    4. A towel or dryrobe
    5. Drinking water
