Take your swimming to the next level with a bespoke coaching session tailored to your goals. Through guidance and the application of imparting knowledge, we will help you help yourself.
Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or beginner, the aim of coaching sessions are to encourage and educate, building your ability and confidence so you can safely and efficiently gain everything you want to achieve from open water swimming.
We will look at your technique, helping you obtain the most efficient body position, maintaining effective breathing and maximising propulsion. For the intermediate and advance swimmers we will look at Drafting, Buoy Turns, Pack Swimming and Sighting helping you gain an advantage over your rivals.
Video analysis and swimming plans can be added for extra support in obtaining your desired goal. Please add these at check out.
The session will be a mixture of in the water and dryland theory, so you may not be actually swimming for the whole session.
The water temperature can be between 10-18 degrees depending on the time of year, so please be prepared for cold water swimming.
Please note: the session may be cancelled in poor weather/sea conditions, a full refund will be offered.

Requirements
What to bring
- A wetsuit is mandatory unless prior agreement with the coach.
- Swimsuit
- Swimming Hat & Goggles
- Swimming Boots & Gloves (optional)
- Tow Float (optional)
- Ear plugs (optional)
- A towel or dryrobe
- Warm, suitable clothes & a woolly hat for after
- Hot drink and snack
The water is cold and it is your responsibility to get warm and dry as quickly as possible after the session.
