I recently completed a paddle boarding lesson with SUP Paddle and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

The instructor were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease even as a beginner. They explained everything clearly, focusing on both safety and technique, and gave everyone plenty of individual encouragement and support throughout the session.

The lesson was well structured, fun, and relaxed, allowing me to build my confidence quickly while enjoying being out on the water. The equipment was excellent, and the whole experience was organised professionally while still feeling welcoming and enjoyable.

I came away feeling much more confident on the board and already can't wait to book another session. I would highly recommend SUP Paddle to anyone considering paddle boarding, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills. A truly brilliant experience and well worth 5 stars!

So after having my paddleboard for about 4 years, and never having the courage to stand up (always kneeling🙄), I went on a 2hr group beginners lesson with Paddle SUP Company.
I love being on and around water, not so happy being in it or falling in.
Literally withing minutes of being on the water Clare had me standing up - we spent the next 90 mins going along the canal, chatting, learning and generally having a lovely time...it went so quickly.
I genuinely didn't think I'd be standing up by the end of the session, let alone so quickly. I can't wait to get out again now!
I really cannot recommend them enough. If you're thinking of trying paddleboarding, they supply the boards as well. It's a lovely way of getting some blue and green therapy!
