SUP Yoga Aberdeen
Description
Join Laura for a SUP Yoga session in our beautiful loch. This will take your yoga experience to the next level allowing you to enjoy being afloat on the water in beautiful tranquil surroundings while enjoying your yoga session.
We provide our specially designed Sandbanks Yoga SUP boards which are more comfortable for yoga.
The yoga session will last for around an hour.
What to bring
- For SUP Yoga you should wear your normal yoga clothes. If you do want to wear your own wetsuit we recommend a thin and flexible suit to minimise any restriction to your range of movement.
- Have a change of clothes for afterwards, just in case you have a dip.
- We recommend people wear water shoes, sandals with straps or trainers they don't mind getting wet.
