A day designed to meet your paddling needs and wants. A great opportunity to discuss your long term goals and build an action plan for coaching and self-development.

Suitable for 1-2 people, it can include:

1. A look at improving strokes
2. Confidence in rougher water
3. Rescues
4. Paddling along a challenging coastline
5. Journey planning
6. Expedition preparation

I work with a small number of other experienced coaches who may be in change on these days. I will share this information at the time of booking.

Meet 0900am at kayak storage location (or later if you have your own kayaks )

Chat about the aims for the day

Sort kit and kayaks

On the water activities

Lunch usually on a beach

Finishing by 4pm (these are approximate)
