Our Instructor-led Intro session is the perfect introduction to this sport and is perfect for those who have never tried paddleboarding before. This hour long lesson teaches the basic techniques and theory to get you on your feet and out on the water safely
This is a group lesson of up to 5 and not suitable for those under 14.
Whats Included: Board, paddle & buoyancy aid.
You might want to bring: A hat if it is very sunny or very cold, sunglasses on a string, suncream, some water to keep hydrated.
