    Please Note#

We reserve the right to make changes to an event as required, whether due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, any adjustments will be made with the aim of ensuring the best possible experience for everyone!

    1. We’re an outdoor event charity, sometimes with the great British weather decisions have to be made last minute.
    2. Our first choice will always be to keep the event as planned.
    3. It’s important you know that these things happen and we are not able to offer refunds if the event can still go ahead, even if it’s adapted from the advertised.
    4. We’ll do our best to keep you in the loop by email and social media, but with the unpredictable weather and all the magic that goes into setting up, you might get the heads-up with only a moment to spare!

Thanks for supporting us – we’ll make sure it’s a great day, rain or shine!
