1-2-1 Kayak Lesson

Are you looking to try Kayaking or take your existing skills to the next level? Our 1-2-1 coaching session is the perfect opportunity to receive personalised guidance and instruction from our expert instructors.

During the session, our instructors will work with you to identify areas for improvement and tailor their instruction to suit your individual needs. Whether you are new to the sport, or looking to perfect your existing technique, improve your strokes, or build your confidence on the water, our instructors will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to achieve your goals.

With our 1-2-1 coaching session, you'll receive undivided attention and support from our instructors, ensuring you get the most out of your training. Our instructors are passionate and experienced paddlers themselves and will be there to offer motivation and encouragement every step of the way.

Bring a friend? This session can be ran on a 1-2-2 basis for an extra £10, if you would like to bring a friend, please click the additional person add on when booking.

If you can’t see a suitable date or time, our 1-2-1 sessions are available on request (subject to availability). Larger group sessions are also available upon request. 1. Whilst you dont need to be the best swimmer, you will need basic swimming ability and water confidence
2. Be able to take part in physical activity
3. Suitable for both Adults and Children over 8yrs. We do ask that anyone aged 8-11 is accompanied by an adult.

1. Shoes that you can wear on the water
2. Shorts / T-shirt or gym clothes (No bikini's / bare chests)
3. You can hire a wetsuit as an add on (£2 if pre booked online or £4 on site)
4. Towel
5. Bag for your wet kit

1. Arrive at the centre and meet your instructor. If you have hired a wetsuit arrive 5-10 minutes before to get this on!
2. The session will be delivered across the inner basins at Salford Quays.
