As we approach the colder months, our 45-minute Breaststroke Workshop aims to help you rediscover and refine this essential technique. This session caters to both "head-in" and "head-up" breaststroke swimmers aiming to enhance their cold water performance. Whether you're seeking to improve efficiency, increase speed, or simply feel more comfortable as temperatures drop, this workshop offers valuable insights and practice.
