Trick or Treat... on the dock!

Youths and their grown-ups, get ready for an alternative way to trick-or-treat this Halloween!

Join us for a spooky paddle trip around the docks, complete with floating decorations, some spooky games, and some trick-or-treating...on the water! We’ll be using stable rafted canoes, so whether you’re new to paddling or an experienced adventurer, you’ll have a safe and fun Halloween night.

What’s Happening?

1. Trick or Treat - On the Water - Paddle to Halloween themed stations around the docks, where you can collect treats by completing a quick challenge or answering a riddle!
2. Games and Prizes: Enjoy fun activities along the way.
3. Spooky Sights: Look out for our spooky decorations as you explore the dock under the night sky.

Do i need experience?

Not at all! This event is suitable for all abilities. You’ll be paddling in stable, rafted canoes, making it ideal for young adventurers and new paddlers alike.

Fancy dress is optional—wear what makes you comfortable for paddling. You’re not expected to get wet (unless it rains), so costumes are welcome! It will be cold so please ensure you wrap up warm!

Important Details:

1. Grown-ups: If you’re not joining your child on the water, please stay on site to supervise and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere.
2. Safety First: Life jackets will be provided for all participants, and we’ll kick off with a brief safety talk.
3. Weather: Dress appropriately for the weather. If it’s chilly or rainy, bring warm layers and a waterproof jacket.
4. Ages: Minimum age is 8yrs
