  • Learn all things white water from your SUP!

    Description

Always been tempted to have a go at paddling white water, but need some guidance to get you started? This one's for you! Join us at Hurley Weir on the River Thames, where we'll be using the gentle white water to step up our skills on our boards with our qualified White Water SUP Coach.

We will be learning the practical skills of White Water SUP, including stance, regulating height and manoeuvring and understanding the important relationship between the water around us and our board. Plus, we'll be covering the theory side of white water, chatting through all things safety so that you can make educated decisions around whether sections of white water are safe to paddle.

Open to members and non-members, we ask that you are comfortable in water and are confident on a paddleboard, in order to get the most out of the session. Members can enjoy 10% off - log in to your account for it to be automatically added during checkout.

    Requirements
    1. Confident on a paddleboard
    2.  For your safety, we ask that you’re comfortable in the water
    3.  18+ years old
    4. You must not, under no circumstances, be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to and during the session
    What to bring
