Description

These individual coaching sessions are aimed at those already with a bit of foil-assist experience, focusing on progressing and fine-tuning skills to get the most out of your sessions. In a tailored and personal session to focus on your goals and skill-base

The sessions will incorporate;

Gear recommendation and set up tuning
Goal setting
Tech chat & on water progression
Aims to take away and work on moving forward

Requirements

This is aimed at riders already able to get up and use a foil assist to a basic level.

It is not necessary to have your own FoilDrive unit, there are rental options available for the sessions.

What to bring

Bring your foil game face, suitable waterwear and your current favourite foil set up including board and foil.

(And your unit & batteries if you have one)

Pumping technique & training
Carve technique and training
Maintenance and Set up tuning
Wave riding
Upwind/Downwind session
