Requirements

A basic intermediate competency of riding upwind on a directional is required.

Itinerary

Arrive 15 minutes before hand, meet your instructor and chat through what you want to gain from the lesson and where you're at now. The instructor will then let you know the plan for the lesson and what to do next.
