For those at an indepdent level looking to get time on the water to practice the skills learnt in a lesson.

1. Have been told by an instructor that they are at an independent level
2. Last kite session no more than 12months previous
3. Should be water confident / able to swim 50m unaided.

1. Swimwear to wear under a wetsuit
2. Enthusiasm & a towel
