Ladies Only SUP - 4 Week

Participants on this activity must be 16 years old or over.

For the purposes of making your booking, we class an adult as 18 years old and over.

Ladies Only Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) has arrived at Cardiff International White Water. We are offering small classes that will get you afloat and paddling using one of the best ways to travel.

SUP is great fun, great exercise and a great way to spend time with your friends cruising the flat water. We offer all training and equipment for the course. Once you have completed the course, you can book onto one of our SUP Social sessions!

EXPERIENCE

Confident in and around water, no previous SUP experience required.

COURSE DURATION

The course is on 4 consecutive midweek evenings from 18:00 - 20:00. The availability shown on our calendar is the first date of the course and the three remaining sessions will be on the same day, for the following three weeks.
