Description

Join Jo for a wild swim session from the beautiful Howberry Park Grounds.


There is a short discussion prior outlining things to look out for, ways to do dynamic risk assessments, and how to plan your wild swim, before going for a swim for around 30 minutes.


Tow floats and swim caps are available to borrow.


minimum abilty needed - being able to swim 200m nonstop (8 lengths) and be comfortable out of your depth.


minimum age 8 if accompanied with an adult also participating
