Long Swim from The Swan: up to 2km

Entering the water from the private riverbank at the Swan at Streatley this is a guided swim with paddleboard support to Cleeve Lock, covering 2km. There is then the use of the Swan's changing rooms, sauna and steam room before a hot drink and cake afterwards to discuss.

Jo is also a qualified and experienced swim coach so is on hand to offer quick technique tweaks and swim tips over this distance should you wish, especially on open water specific skills like sighting and balancing your swim stroke for open water.

the swim can be adapted to two different distances; please specify which distance you'd like to swim when you book.

1km walk (upstream by the Thames Path) / 1km swim (downstream)

2km swim (upstream and back)

There is the capacity for different paces, from 40 minutes through 1 hour to complete the 2km swim, with a variety of other adaptations possible for different needs.
