Description
This 3 week course is a great way to spend time focussing on your swim technique after the summer.
The dates will be 6th, 13th and 20th Febraury and £82.50.
It will cover 3 main things which can inhibit front crawl effectiveness; body position , arm pull efficiency and kick timing.
It is geared towards swimmers who feel stuck and frustrated in their swimming, that they're not going as fast as they think they should be able to, they get out of breath quicker than they should, which frustrates them and decentivises them from swimming more.
In a small group (max 8) Jo will work with you to overhaul your front crawl 1 hour at a time.
To keep practicing beyond this 3 week course, it is a great first step towards joining the Fitness with Focus lessons which puts the drills learned here into practice over more lengths with gentle reminders and pointers from the on poolside teacher.
