Improve your water confidence, body position and movement in the water
This gently taught course is a great way of building confidence in water and skills at the beginning of your swim journey.
we will work on floating and gentle movement, rotation and breathing which are the fundamentals we can then layer propulsion through kicking and arm pulls on front and back
There is no minimum requirement to this course, it can be people who can move through the water but want to find swimming easier and start to build identifiable strokes, or those who want to build confidence in the water.
