Make the most of those lovely summer evenings with a social paddle. Run on Monday evenings each session has a instructor who will be there to support your paddling development, you can use this time to develop your skills whilst going for a paddle with other like minded people.

Boat, Buoyancy Aid and Paddle included in the price (or you are welcome to bring your own).

1. The participant should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.
2. The participant should be able to partake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.

Please come prepared for your time on the water. We recommend casual, sporty clothing in layers so you can adjust to the weather. A fleece with waterproofs are great if you have them, if not we have some tops/trousers that you can borrow to wear over your clothes for the session. Please bring shoes that you do not mind getting wet and a change of clothes for 'just in case'.

Please bring any medication you may need and ensure the instructor is made aware before the session starts.
