Family Spooky Paddle

Join us on Halloween for our annual Spooky Paddle!

Decorate your craft and wear a headtorch before setting off for an adventure to explore the river Thames after dusk with our experienced instructors.

Everyone is welcome to join in regardless of previous experience.

On the evening we will have a choice of craft available including kayaks, canoes and katakanus depending on the conditions.

Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate can be available to enjoy after the paddle.

• Participants should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.

• You should be able to partake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.

Please come prepared for your time on the water. We recommend casual, sporty clothing in layers so you can adjust to the weather. A fleece with waterproofs are great if you have them, if not we have some tops/trousers that you can borrow to wear over your clothes for the session. Please bring shoes that you do not mind getting wet and a change of clothes for 'just in case'.

You'll join us for a night time paddle to celebrate Halloween. This may be done in group craft (such as katakanus) or split into smaller craft depending on the conditions on the night.
