    Requirements

    Age 11+ & Adults

    What to bring

    All participants must have;


    1. Gloves
    2. Long sleeves
    3. Long trousers
    4. Dress for the weather as we are outdoors.


    We recommend long socks and loose trousers for ski boot comfort.

    Itinerary

    In this lesson you will learn about;

    1. Changing the size and shape of our turns
    2. Making the inside ski lighter to get ready for plough-parallel turning
    3. Learn how to manage pressure build up in the turns
    4. Ski from our plateau area at the top of the training slope!
