5 stars and more surf school!! Surf Sanctuary is an amazing place. I booked my son Jacob for a one to one surf lesson. He was so lucky to have Nick, Elsie and Reece out with him. He had the best surf and best day ever. All the guys in the sanctuary were awesome and so friendly with fab suggestions for things to do. Thanks to Dom for the YouTube recommendations for Jacob. Thanks also to Anna who was so welcoming and you also do amazing volunteering work with the local seal and marine biology. Guys we will be back!! Love from Ireland xxx

I took a day of guided spearfishing and coaching and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Dom was flexible with the timings and communicated really clearly before the day around expectations and conditions. On arrival everyone was friendly and welcoming and set a great tone for the day. All equipment was provided and it was all good quality and well maintained.
During the day we visited multiple sites to ensure that I was given the best conditions and chances of success and there was loads of time in the water exploring and learning.
Coaching points were delivered in a confident and considerate way and were tailored to my specific abilities and experience to ensure I was getting the most out of the day.
I learned so much and will definitely be continuing my spearfishing journey.
My partner who booked this experience on my behalf also only had positive things to say about the booking experience and communication throughout.
I would recommend the company to anyone looking to learn in a comfortable, knowledgeable environment based on a huge depth of experience and local insight and understanding.

We had a great group surf lesson (kids and adults) with Surf Sanctuary. Kirstin was really efficient and helpful getting everything booked pre-session and Dom and Oli were great coaches - really friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was so convenient with the surf school location I'd 100% recommend these guys for anyone wanting a professional setup to go surfing in Newquay.
