Surf Sanctuary

Joined Surf Sanctuary for a surf lesson and coast steering - It was awesome and so much fun. Dom and Tom were brilliant instructors. Will definitely book again.

10/10 I had an amazing Sunday morning with Dom and Tom coasteering.
Their communication and knowledge was impeccable and their top priority was to ensure we were safe but having fun (type 2 happiness we came to learn!)
While bobbing in the water we had a seal join us momentarily!
Such a great morning, I’ll be back and will gladly recommend to family and friends

Brilliant 2 hours learning the basics of surfing. Our instructor Patrick was brilliant - knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and all round nice guy. Would absolutely recommend the Surf Sanctuary to anyone wanting to just give riding the waves a go!

As a 62 year old novice Tom looked after me on a rather wet and windy day. Thoroughly enjoyed my first proper surfing lesson he was very patient and helpful and kept the techniques pretty simple. Managed to stand up a few times before exhaustion set in!  Highly recommend the surf sanctuary thanks guys.

I had never surfed before and had 3 lessons with an instructor named Tom who I would describe as a perfect surfing instructor. He first taught me basics on getting on the board and made it really simple and easy, he took me through each step slowly and gave me praise and helpful hints after each attempt. He was patient and incredibly friendly helping me out into the sea even if it would take the majority of the time. Secondly, when renting a surfboard and wetsuit I had the privilege of a new wetsuit and board which I know wouldn't apply to everyone but i just want to emphasise the kindness that they all showed.
