What to bring

Clothes to get wet in. Jeans, big jumpers or thick tracksuits are no good.

Wet shoes are needed.

All safety equipment is provided.

Please bring a change of clothing and shower kit. Glasses should be held on with a glasses retainer or string to prevent them ending up a the bottom of the lake.
