Pool rolling block booking - 5 sessions

These sessions are designed for paddlers to come and learn confidence in being upside down in a boat.

Ideal for anyone wanting to practice capsize drills, rescues, escaping with a spray deck on or learning to roll.

Please note that you must not bring your own boats to the pool, only pool kit can be used.

All paddlers should wear normal swimming clothing, plus a top, such as a wetsuit top or rash vest, or T shirt, and neoprene shorts are highly recommended as this helps you fit into the boat better and avoids skin touching the boat.

Please bring a nose clip and googles if you want to to use these.

The cost is for 5 sessions as a block booking, individual sessions will be available after Christmas.

This session runs from 11/10/25-08/11/25

Please check in with one of the club coaches on arrival and then you will be invited to move into the pool area at the appropriate time. A safety briefing will be given at the start of the block of 5 sessions.

Normal swim wear plus a t shirt or Rash vest top to wear in the pool. Neoprene shorts will help cushion your legs from the boats.

These sessions will give you the opportunity to practice or learn to roll, in the pool boats provided. It is also great for gaining greater water confidence in a boat.
