SUP Rescue Course 3 July

Dive into the vital world of paddleboard rescue with our SUP Rescue Course at Holme Pierrepont Canoe Club, Nottingham. These sessions are crafted for paddleboarding enthusiasts eager to enhance their safety skills on the water. Immerse yourself in the essential techniques of self-rescue and learn how to effectively assist fellow paddlers in need. Participants should be confident on their board and able to move through the water using basic paddling skills.

The club has a range of SUPs and paddling equipment, though you are free to bring your own if preferred.

Note you will be getting wet, so wear sutiable clothing and ensure that you have clothimng to change into at the end of the session

In the first session you will practise the various techniques, the following week you will engage with some dynamic rescue scenarios.
