This workshop is the one offered by U K Coaching. In addition to the normal course content, we will have some specialist input on Cyber Security for both children and adults. This is an extra we are including and given its growing impact on society we hope that you will find it both useful and interesting.
Venue TBC - Dependent on Numbers attending
Coaches/Instructors: It is a requirement of all coaches and instructors to have done this course and to renew it every three years. Several of you need to do this either by the end of this year or very early next year in order to retain the validity of your qualification. There are one or two of you coming up to gaining your first qualification and this will provide you with this element.
For those of you who perhaps don‘t need to re-validate immediately you might want to consider that I suspect that this is the last time we will be able to offer it for free and so joining us will ensure that you have at least another 3 years validity. If any of you are not sure of you current status regarding this or the other add-ons such as first aid, please send me an email at iandfawcett@hotmail.com
Parents, Committee Members, & Volunteers: We would also like to invite any other interested club members, (over the age of 16), to attend. There is plenty of information you might find both interesting and useful and if you help out at the club in any way with our younger members, we would appreciate you being as fully informed as possible. Again, I can confirm that this workshop session is completely free to our members this time.
