A fun for all chance to have a go at racing!
This is a great opportunity for club members (and guests) to have a go at racing.
Ideal for First Time Racers, of all ages, there will be 30 minutes of practice prior where the course will be set to practice on, and as always at our sessions, coaches will be present and available to give tips, advice encouragement and appropriate feedback where needed.
The racing will comprise of:
MINIS - will compete on a single stubby's course, best run counts from 3.
U14 and above - single full gate course, best 2 timed runs combined from 3 to count.
The Club Championship Trophy can only be won by current members of the club.
This will also be part of our Winter Series of races, where points will be awarded over the series, to determine winners in age group and overall categories by the finale event at the end of the Winter Season.
Registration / Bib Collection will be open from 3.30pm at the timing hut near the foot of the slope on arrival. Please ensure to collect your bib prior to going on the slope.
If you are not currently a club member then you can either renew whilst booking here, or select the Temporary Membership amount when booking.
Our Club Christmas Party will be taking place after the competition, booking for this must be done separately.
The Christmas Party starts at 6.30pm, with food and Axe Throwing, Darts and Music.

Annual membership (September to September) is £20 for the first family of household member, and then £7.50 for each subsequent household member.

Skiers must be able to control speed and direction from the top of the slope, turn, stop, and use the lift unaided.
Parents of any children under the age of 16 are expected to remain at the centre, within sight of the slope or make suitable arrangements, in case they are required.
The supervising coach will reserve the right to ask participants to leave the slope should their ability not be up to the required standard, and / or potentially be at imminent risk of harming themselves or others.
You can bring your own ski gear or you can use the hire equipment from the Llandudno, included in the price, should you prefer.
You must bring (your own) gloves, and wet weather gear is advised in case of rain.
Bare in mind that there are also sprinklers on the slope to consider.
Helmets are essential for this event.
