Description
You will need to bring old trainers or something with a thick sole to wear in the sea.
Coasteering Lite is a super mellow introduction to coasteering. The sessions take place just a few minutes walk from our centre at Beadnell on Beadnell point and surounding areas.
It involves a mixture of swimming, climbing, jumping and just exploring the amazing Northumberland coast line. Its a much more chilled session and a perfect way to introduce you to the sea and all it has to offer.
We are proud to run quality specialist coasteering sessions along the most amazing Northumberland coastline where we like to keep our group contact close and personal. We have endless amounts of features to see and experience.
If the conditions are not right at one location we have other locations that we use that may be suitable on that day so very few of our sessions need to be postponed or canceled.
Our aim is to ensure everyone enjoys every minute of their session so there is never any pressure – it’s all about having fun at the right level.
Each route will last for approximately 2 hours.
We can adapt each session for every group and every person to ensure the activity is correct for all ages and abilities.
The session starts with a safety briefing covering all safety aspects before heading out with your experienced instructor.
All instructors are qualified SLSGB (Surf Life Saving GB) coasteering lifeguards.
We have spent time training with the best instructors at Newquay with the British coasteering federation. Each session will be run with a minimum of 1 guide to 8 clients.
The session will start with some simple tasks and will build up to whatever level your group can handle. We also have coasteering at Howick if you are a bit more daring and up for some more challenges, Coasteering lite is a great induction to coasteering and gives you a good idea of what the other sessions could offer and push and prepair you for the next level.
We also have a shop located in Beadnell Carpark at our container selling paddle boards, wetsuits dry robes and more!
Please book early to avoid disappointment
